Hired to get free standing fireplace working for the winter. It only worked for a couple of days- however they realized that they aren't able to get it working and after speaking with the owner, we are receiving a refundAnyone can make a mistake- it's how you handle those mistakes that sets you apart!Thank you for rectifying the situation. Tennessee Standard was at my house within an hour of calling. Jonathan and Austin were both professional and had my old hot water tank out and the new one installed in under 2 hours. Will definitely do business with again in the future!

My parents had a leak. They hired someone to come and find it and when they found it the gentleman did a quick fix because he was not a plumber. Well his quick fix didn't work and Thanksgiving day the plug from the quick fix popped out. We had to turn off the water because of it going everywhere. So I knew I needed a plumber quick. I can't exactly explain how but I received a text message from Tennessee Standard Plumbing but so glad I did and they immediately contacted me. With it being late and Thanksgiving day there was nothing that could be done. But first thing Friday morning I heard from them. I had contact with a Mr. Bobby Smith. He immediately set up for someone to come and check out what needed to be done. He even tried to help my parents get financed since they are on a fixed income. When the financing fell through he was still determined to help my parents. He stayed in contact with me the whole way through. When the technician arrived by the name of Jonathan he was super professional and nice and immediately identified the problem. Went over all my options for parents. They never gave up. We found a option that worked great for my parents. The work was done immediately. Throught out this whole ordeal Tennessee Standard Plumbing were awesome. The quality of the work was great. They are very professional and they do whatever it takes to get there clients taken care of. The price was great. I can not say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed when Bobby told me that my go to plumber, Dan Richardson was out on a job and could not make my service call today.However, he sent Austin and Jon (the A J connection as I refer to them now). They were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. From the moment their boots hit the ground they were in total control. Rank sewage backed up from a main line didn't phase them one bit. They assessed the situation, gave me a fair price and went to work. This was a complex service call with multiple problems. They crushed each challenge they were presented with...and still smiled. WOW!!! They have some good guys over at TSP. Definitely my top three plumbers at least. If the rest of the gang are like these guys, TSP is gonna take over.
