I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tennessee Standard! Bobby and Kelton went above and beyond to take care of our broken water heater. Bobby walked me through an immediate concern over the phone, and Kelton arrived ahead of schedule to replace the unit. What a blessing to only be without hot water for a few hours! They are professional, kind, and considerate. We have found a plumbing company for life! I wouldn't hesitate a bit to refer Tennessee Standard to our family, friends, and real estate clients! I'm not normally one to take time to write a review but Tennessee Standard left such an awesome impression, I felt they deserved all the praise I could offer! Kelton (with trainee Casey) was incredibly knowledgeable and I was so impressed by his enthusiasm, I was confident he sincerely wanted to help solve our problem (which turned out to be more involved than I could've imagined!) I was impressed with the first call. Bobby with their Service Team was extremely helpful to schedule a phased plan in preparation for counter installation. Jon was awesome. Super friendly and very knowledgeable and great work. He even took his shoes off not to track in on my new hardwood. I made a 2nd call to Bobby and again he took great care of me. These folks rock!
