I was very impressive by how respectful and clean the owner (Kelton Balka) and his apprentice were. They figured out my problem in only a few minutes (I had low water flow) and offered two solutions. He recommended the cheaper version first (thankfully it worked). The service visit cost was $39 (much cheaper than many of the other guys) and he gave me a discount for being a veteran. I would certainly use these guys again.
Tennessee Standard was quick to respond, kept me in the loop, was at my house the same day and finished the work in a timely manner. Plus they took the time to explain everything they did for me and I could tell it was done first class
