Question 1

How can I contact you to request a water line boring assessment for my property?

Accepted Answer

You can call our office at (865) 264-3428 or submit a request through our website. Once we receive your information, we’ll review the project details and discuss the next steps with you.

Question 2

How does scheduling work for commercial boring projects?

Accepted Answer

After you reach out, our team will coordinate a time to review your site based on project scope and availability. We confirm timelines and access requirements directly with you before work begins.

Question 3

Is financing available for commercial waterline boring or large plumbing projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Financing is available for qualifying plumbing projects, including commercial jobs. You can review financing details and application access on our Financing page.

Question 4

What information should I have ready when I contact you about water line boring?

Accepted Answer

It helps to share the property type, where the new line needs to run, and any access restrictions such as parking areas, driveways, or building entrances. This allows us to plan the assessment efficiently.

Question 5

What is commercial waterline boring, and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Commercial water line boring is a trenchless method used to install or replace underground water lines by drilling a controlled path beneath the surface. Once the bore is complete, the water line is installed without the need for open trenching across the property.

Question 6

When is commercial waterline boring used instead of trenching?

Accepted Answer

Commercial water line boring is commonly used when water lines must be installed beneath parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, entryways, or landscaped areas where traditional excavation would cause disruption or surface damage.

Question 7

Can commercial water line boring be used to replace existing water lines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Directional boring is often used to install new water lines that replace aging, damaged, or undersized lines, especially when the existing line runs beneath concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces. We use the same method for residential properties where underground water lines need replacement without disturbing the yard or driveway.

Question 8

Does waterline boring help reduce surface repair costs?

Accepted Answer

In many cases, yes. Because boring requires only small entry and exit points, it reduces the need for extensive concrete removal, asphalt repair, or landscape restoration compared to open trenching.

Question 9

Will my business need to close during a commercial water line boring project?

Accepted Answer

Most businesses are able to remain open during water line boring projects since the work is performed underground. Temporary safety barriers or minor access adjustments may be required near drilling points, depending on the site layout.
